I have never had a diffuser on a hair dryer that actually… diffuses the hot air. THIS ACTUALLY DOES!!! It connects magnetically. I also like that the filter is at the bottom of the handle, because with traditional hair dryers I felt like I had to be careful not to get my hair sucked into the filter on the back.
